Job summary

Easyapplyrekluti is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a remote LATAM role. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to report review, focusing on process and flow, not visuals.

Collaborate with a designer and a Head of Engineering to ensure flows are built as intended. You’ll map and redesign property-management workflows, write the logic and edge cases, and prototype in Figma.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B SaaS or field tools.
• Portfolio showing complete path from problem to logic to final flow.
• Designs for states, branches, permissions, errors, and empty cases.
• Clear flow docs engineers can build from with minimal back-and-forth.
• Strong Figma mapping, prototyping, and handoff capability.
• Familiarity with AI tools to explore options without sacrificing quality.
• Awareness of accessibility considerations in interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end property-management workflows from field capture to report.
• Interview users to understand real workflows and reduce steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users know status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Provide annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for devs.
• Review builds, log issues, and verify fixes before sign-off.
