Resumo da vaga

Assembly Industries is seeking a UX Analyst focused on Product Workflows. You will own how work moves from field capture through review and reporting, shaping the flow and states rather than visual polish. A strong portfolio and systems thinking are essential.

You will map workflows, interview users, design offline states, prototype in Figma, and hand engineering annotated specs for fast builds. Join a small team reporting to the Head of Engineering, with fully remote LATAM collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B or field tools.
• A portfolio showing the full path from problem to flow to logic to final.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineers can use.

Responsabilidades

• Map end-to-end property-management workflows from field capture to report.
• Interview workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineers to build.
• Design offline and retry states so users see status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineering handoff.
• Review builds, log issues, and verify fixes before release.
