Job summary

Ryz Labs is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote LATAM role in Field Operations SaaS. You will own end-to-end workflows from field capture to report review, focusing on process efficiency rather than visuals.

You will map real-world workflows, redesign with fewer steps, write precise specs for engineers, prototype in Figma, and validate offline states. This role reports to Engineering leadership and collaborates with a small design team.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (B2B, SaaS, operations, or field tools).
• A portfolio showing the full path from problem to mapping to logic to final output.
• Designs for states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases, not just happy paths.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI.
• Attention to accessibility: contrast, tap targets, text size, focus order.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Talk to workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow so engineering can build it right the first time.
• Design offline and retry states so users know what happens when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Provide annotated specs for engineering (states, rules, microcopy).
• Review builds, log precise issues, and verify fixes before sign-off
