Job summary

Assembly Industries seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) to own end-to-end workflow design for field-to-office handoffs in a Field Operations SaaS. You map real customer work, reduce steps, write precise flow specs for engineering, and coordinate with a visual partner to cover the full surface.

Fully remote across LATAM, about 40 hours per week, with weekly USD payments and 20 days PTO. You’ll prototype in Figma, validate flows with usability runs, and ensure offline reliability when signals

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step SaaS workflows.
• Portfolio showing problem to mapping and logic, not just screens.
• Write clear flow docs and specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma skills for mapping, prototyping and handoff.
• Familiarity with accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end-to-end from field capture to review to report.
• Redesign flows with fewer steps and clearer logic.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users see progress when signals drop.
• Prototype in Figma and test with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs for states, rules, and microcopy for build-ready handoff.
• Review builds, log issues precisely, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
