Job summary

Bigmedia is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will own the flow from field capture to final review, focusing on process rather than visuals, and collaborating with engineering to ensure builds match designed logic.

You will map workflows, write edge-case logic, and design offline states. A strong portfolio showing end-to-end workflow mapping is essential. The team ships small improvements continuously.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B, SaaS, or field/ops tooling.
• Portfolio showing the full path from problem to logic to final flow.
• Strong systems thinking: states, branches, errors, and empty cases.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows end-to-end from field capture to review and reporting.
• Interview users to understand workflow and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write clear flow logic, branches, and edge cases for engineering.
• Design offline and retry states so users know status when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability sessions.
• Provide annotated specs engineers can build from with minimal back-and-forth.
• Review builds and verify fixes before sign-off.
