Job summary

Werben Hr is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a Field Operations SaaS role with remote LATAM coverage. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to review, focusing on process, flow and handoffs rather than visuals.

You’ll partner with a designer on visuals and a Head of Engineering to ensure designs move into real builds. Strong focus on offline states and edge-case handling is essential.

Qualifications

Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B/SaaS contexts.
Portfolio showing the full problem-to-solution path, not just polished screens.
Systems thinking across states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases.
Clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.

Responsibilities

Map end-to-end property management workflows from field capture to report.
Interview users to redesign flows with fewer steps.
Write logic, branches and edge cases for each flow to guide engineering.
Design offline and retry states to convey status when signals drop.
Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
Annotate specs engineers can build from with little back-and-forth.
Review builds, log precise issues, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
