Possumus is seeking a Business Developer for the US Market to join our dynamic team. You will drive multi-channel outbound prospecting and apply ABM to identify and engage high-potential accounts.

You will execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, apply ABM, and run discovery calls to validate qualification. Collaborate with Growth to refine ICPs, craft messages with Generative AI, and hand off qualified meetings to the sales team. Excellent English (C1) and a tech background are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting with proven results, including at least one year selling to U.S.-based accounts.
• Experience in technology services/solutions, software, or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of ABM, the B2B sales cycle, and opportunity qualification frameworks (BANT).
• Ability to create and optimize outreach content using Generative AI.

Responsabilidades

• Execute multi channel outbound prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls), prioritizing quality, cadence, and personalization.
• Apply ABM and account/role based personalization from ICP identification to message design.
• Identify pains, context, and priorities of decision makers, conducting initial discovery calls for qualification.
• Write, iterate, and optimize messaging using Generative AI, deciding when to automate or intervene.
• Convert contacts into qualified meetings with the sales team and Solution Hub members with clear handoffs.
