Job summary

Magi-K is seeking US-based over-the-phone interpreters for a 100% remote role. You will interpret between languages, starting after onboarding with a flexible schedule and USD monthly payments. Candidates must be native in their language and have strong English skills (B2/C1) and valid US identification.

Experience in interpretation and knowledge of medical/legal terminology is a plus. You will work remotely from the US with ongoing learning and growth opportunities.

Your role

Your job as an Over-the-Phone interpreter involves providing clear and accurate interpretation between languages, assisting non-English speakers in various activities.

Required qualifications (Must have):

• Native in your language - Level English: B2/C1 level
• Reside in the US with valid legal identification
• We consider as a plus: Experience in the interpretation and good knowledge of medical/legal terminology

• Stable and fast internet connection (Wi-Fi is not allowed). Internet speed of 5Mbps Download/Upload.
• A noise-canceling wired USB Headsets
• Willingness to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing over the phone interpretation services.
• Imparting thought, purpose, spirit, emotions, and tone of speakers from source language into target language to english
• Complying with applicable ethics and standards
• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical one, specifically).
