Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based higher education marketers. You will own technical SEO across a portfolio of client accounts, identifying issues, writing specs for developers, and guiding fixes through to launch.

You'll also design Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, enabling the team to focus on editing and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with Claude and building AI-assisted workflows
• Strong ability to write developer-ready specs and translate complex topics into actionable tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritizations
• Run audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal links, Core Web Vitals, structured data
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams; track fixes to launch
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, schema, redirects
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems
• Build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting
• Create scalable systems for the SEO service and document them for the team
• Support client success and join deep-technical client calls when needed
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and recommend new tools and processes
