Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to own technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education accounts. The role involves audits, developer-ready specs, and ensuring fixes go live.

You will also design Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, enabling the team to focus on strategic optimization. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SEO (3+ in technical SEO), strong GSC/GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush experience, plus hands-on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Proven ability to uncover high-impact issues and drive fixes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong written communication to write developer specs and client-friendly recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and audits.
• Write dev-ready specs and follow fixes through to verification.
• Develop Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA, and content production.
• Monitor SEO performance and escalate issues before clients notice.
