Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to manage technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education clients. You will conduct audits, write specs for developers, and ensure fixes go live while building Claude-based tools to streamline audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO, prioritizing issues by impact, and owning outcomes across multiple accounts in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with emphasis on technical SEO

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and run audits for crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and CWV
• Write developer-ready specs and follow through to fixes
• Handle WordPress edits: titles, meta, redirects, schema with Yoast/Rank Math
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to detect drops and indexing issues
• Develop Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
• Build scalable systems for the SEO service and train the team on them
• Assist client success and join deep-technical client discussions when needed
• Evaluate new search technologies and tools for the team
