Zusammenfassung

Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role with a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will own technical SEO across client accounts, run rigorous audits, and write developer-ready specs.

You’ll also design Claude-based tools to automate workflows and scale the SEO service, collaborating with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO. The role requires 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, plus hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of identifying high-impact issues and prioritizing fixes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Claude, including building agents and AI-assisted workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run technical audits for crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend decisions.
• Write developer-ready specs and follow fixes to release and verification.
• Handle light WordPress changes: titles, meta descriptions, plugin redirects, and schema using Yoast or Rank Math.
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues.
• Prepare for AI search readiness: crawler access, structured data, and entity optimization.
• Build scalable systems for the SEO service and related workflows.
• Document systems, train the team, and measure time saved and results.
• Support the team and client success; join client calls for deep technical topics.
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and recommend new tools and workflows.
