Zusammenfassung

Ryz Labs is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to work remotely for a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will own technical SEO across client accounts, run comprehensive audits, and write developer-ready specs to drive fixes.

The role also builds Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, and QA, enabling the team to focus on content and strategy. You will monitor Google Search Console and GA4, manage AI-ready content structures, and guide the team on scalable SEO systems while

Qualifikationen

5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO, ideally agency-side.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes and implement schema.

Aufgaben

Lead technical SEO across client accounts and prioritize issues by impact and effort.
Run audits covering crawlability, indexation, architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and redirects.
Write developer-ready specs and follow fixes through to verification.
Build Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production.
Monitor Search Console and GA4 to detect drops and indexing problems early.
Own readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) including structured data and entity optimization.
Design scalable systems for the SEO service and train the team on them.
