Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Proven track record uncovering high-impact issues and driving fixes
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, redirects, and schema
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and Claude-based tools

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend calls
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams
• Handle light WordPress changes: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems
• Build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
• Create scalable systems for the SEO service and content production workflows
• Document systems, train the team, and measure time savings and results
