This fully remote role demands 5+ years in SEO with a technical focus, hands‑on GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, WordPress knowledge, and the ability to write dev‑ready specs and scalable workflows. You’ll collaborate with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with a focus on technical SEO.
• Proven track record across multiple sites or clients.
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts.
• Run audits covering crawlability, indexation, architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links.
• Write dev-ready specs and verify fixes.
• Handle WordPress titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema via plugins like Yoast/Rank Math.
• Monitor GSC and GA4 to catch drops and indexing issues early.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows to scale audits, reporting, and QA.
• Build scalable systems for the SEO service and AI readiness.
