Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin to drive growth through customer engagement and disciplined commercial execution.

You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer value. Strong experience in Directional Drilling and MWD/LWD required.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and ability to influence engineering/procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to assure service quality.
