Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin in Argentina. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth through strong customer engagement, technical expertise, and disciplined commercial execution, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations.

You will build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex, deliver technical presentations, collaborate

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
