AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will review PRs, govern architecture, and guide a team of senior developers to deliver high-quality software.

This role involves containerized Python and React apps, REST APIs, AWS data stack, and ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions while embedding AI features responsibly.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Hands-on with Docker and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data-heavy apps and performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiarity with AWS S3, Athena, and EKS/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DAG-based orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Proficient in Mac/Linux terminal environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.

Responsabilidades

• Review all PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Embed logic and AI features into the platform without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on the client's AWS data stack (S3, Athena, EKS).
• Guide senior developers and align with client engineering practices.
• Lead end-to-end application engineering with focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Set standards for responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
