AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will review PRs, design and deploy containerized Python and React apps, and lead a team of senior developers aligned to client standards.

You will guide architecture, ensure performance, and champion responsible AI-driven development. Remote with global teams; English required.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production Python experience, FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL when needed.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL experience with migrations.
• Experience with data-heavy apps and performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiarity with AWS S3, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes and data lake concepts.
• Knowledge of DAG-based orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Proficiency in Mac/Linux terminals, Bash, and Makefiles.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• Strong technical communication and leadership skills; English level

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality to avoid spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized applications via REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and data-heavy outputs without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on the client’s AWS data stack (S3, Athena, EKS).
• Guide senior developers to align with client engineering practices.
• Lead end-to-end engineering with focus on architecture, scalability, maintainability.
• Set standards for responsible use of AI-assisted tools and guard against risky shortcuts.
