AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will review PRs, shape architecture, and lead senior developers to deliver scalable, AI-enabled features in a containerized Python/React stack.

You will collaborate with DevOps on AWS data tools, ensure code quality, and mentor teams while upholding client engineering standards and responsible AI usage.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL where needed.
• Hands-on with containerization and databases (Docker, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large payloads and performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiarity with AWS data services (S3, Athena, EKS).
• Knowledge of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow).
• Experience in Linux/Mac terminal environments and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality to prevent spaghetti code and scope creep.
• Design and deploy containerized applications via REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and data-heavy backends without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS data stack (S3, Athena, EKS).
• Guide senior developers and ensure alignment with client engineering practices.
• Lead end-to-end engineering with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• Set standards for responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
