AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will act as the gatekeeper for code quality and architecture as complex AI features are embedded into an existing system.

You will review PRs, design and deploy containerized Python and React applications via REST APIs, integrate data-heavy backends, and lead a team of senior developers aligned to client engineering standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Proficient Python experience including FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience and REST API design.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy, performance-sensitive apps.
• Familiarity with AWS S3, Athena, and EKS/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality to prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized applications via REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and data-heavy outputs without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps on the AWS data stack and data lake.
• Guide senior developers and align with client engineering standards.
• Lead end-to-end engineering, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Set standards for responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
