AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will review PRs, design and deploy containerized Python and React applications via REST APIs, and lead a team of senior developers aligned to client standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python, FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from legacy GraphQL.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL, incl. migrations.
• Experience with data-heavy apps and performance-sensitive queries.
• Familiar with AWS S3, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes concepts.
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Mac/Linux terminal skills (bash, make).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and critical judgment.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
