AgileEngine is looking for a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, app architecture, and containerized Python/React apps, coordinating with DevOps to ensure long-term maintainability.

You will lead senior engineers, enforce best practices, and define requirements for scalable data-driven features in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production Python experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid TypeScript and React experience; Next.js a plus.
• Experience designing REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL including migrations.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and large payloads.
• Familiarity with S3 data lakes, Athena, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Knowledge of DAGs (Airflow) or similar orchestrators.
• Proficiency with Mac/Linux Bash and Makefiles.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs to enforce code quality and prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized applications with REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and complex logic into the platform without breaking workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps and clarify functional/non-functional requirements.
• Lead senior engineers and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Guide architecture decisions in line with client standards.
