AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading containerized Python and React apps, integrating AI features, and coordinating with DevOps to ensure maintainability.

You will guide senior engineers, shape solutions in ambiguous environments, and uphold engineering standards while delivering scalable, data-heavy applications across modern tech stacks.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Strong TypeScript/React experience (Next.js a plus).
• Migrating from GraphQL to REST APIs where needed.
• Docker and PostgreSQL with DB migrations.
• Experience with data-heavy applications.
• AWS: S3/Athena and EKS/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) not managing it.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric work environment.
• AI-assisted development tools experience and prudent judgment.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous settings and strong English.
