atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to identify ideal candidates across roles and craft outreach messages that prompt replies. You’ll source talent, tailor messages, and post roles to attract the right candidates, especially from marketing and creative fields.

This fully remote, LATAM-friendly role is part-time (20–30 hours/week) with weekly USD compensation. Mentorship and AI-powered tools help you scale from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human, not a template.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn as new roles appear.
• Resourcefulness with new tools and no script, figure it out.
• Strong organization to keep pipelines clean and follow up.
• Competitive streak and self-motivation to hit targets.
• Comfort with basic metrics and testing to improve outreach.
• Concrete example of using a tool or automation to hit a goal.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle a high volume without losing personalization.
