No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and use AI tools to scale your work. This is a remote, part-time role (20–30 hours/week) with weekly USD compensation and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.

• Review applicants and shortlist candidates to speak with.
• Keep pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes while keeping a personal touch.
• Track results and adapt approaches based on data.
