Job summary

atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping LATAM professionals land remote roles with US/Canada startups and marketing agencies. This internal team role focuses on lead generation aimed at people, not customers, leveraging AI tools for scale.

You will research audiences, write personalized outreach, post roles, and shortlist strong candidates. No recruiting background is required; you will be mentored while you learn the talent side and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels
• Write and personalize outreach messages; test subject lines and openers
• Post and promote roles to attract the right candidates
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to
• Maintain a clean pipeline with timely follow-ups
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch
• Track results and adjust approach based on data
