This Talent Lead Generation Specialist role is entry-level and sits on our internal team, focusing on reaching out to marketing and creative roles to elicit responses from prospective candidates.

You'll research roles, craft personalized outreach, post openings, screen applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approach when data suggests it.
