This role sits on our internal team. You’ll generate lead opportunities by researching who the right candidates are, writing personalized outreach, posting roles, reviewing applicants, and keeping a clean pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proactive, tool‑savvy and able to figure things out independently.
• Organized with a pipeline mindset and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write personalized outreach and test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles so the right people see them.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to prevent drop‑offs.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while staying personal.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
