Job summary

This entry-level position focuses on outbound talent sourcing and outreach rather than traditional recruiting, with mentorship and access to AI-enabled tools for scalable results.

You’ll learn to identify ideal candidates, craft personal outreach, post roles, and refine strategies based on response data.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle
• Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template
• Resourcefulness: handed a new tool and no script, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told
• Organization and follow-through, so pipelines stay clean and nothing slips
• A competitive streak and self-motivation, because a lot of this is chasing a number you want to hit
• Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust
• A concrete example of a time you used a tool, a tactic, or automation to work smarter or hit a goal

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply; review incoming applicants and shortlist
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so
