Job summary

atomic HR, a remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, seeks an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist. You will focus on lead generation, writing outreach messages that elicit replies, and posting roles to reach the right candidates.

No recruiting experience needed; you’ll be mentored and use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your work while maintaining a personal touch. Part-time, fully remote, with US-time overlap.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation or outreach is preferred.
• Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and drive to keep learning and improve outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what’s working and adjust your approach based on data.
