atomic HR is a recruiting startup operating fully remote across Latin America, helping US and Canada startups hire talent. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist role sits on our internal team and focuses on lead gen, not traditional recruiting.

You will research roles, write personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and keep pipelines organized, using AI tools to scale while preserving a human touch. No recruiting experience required; mentoring provided.

Formación

• Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning as every role is a new puzzle.
• Resourcefulness: figure out a new tool and approach without a script.
• Organization to keep pipelines clean and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivation and a competitive streak to hit numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, testing subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up so candidates don’t go cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volumes while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what works and adjust approaches based on data.
