atomic HR, a remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, is hiring an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to support US startups and agencies.

You will research roles, craft personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and keep pipelines organized. Mentorship is provided as you learn the talent side, using AI tools to scale outreach and achieve strong reply rates.

No recruiting experience is required, and you’ll grow quickly in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and the ability to write to a stranger as a human.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and pipelines.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work with metrics and test approaches to improve results.
• Experience using or learning sourcing tools and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research roles and identify ideal candidates across multiple industries.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines and openings.
• Post roles to reach the right candidates and optimize visibility.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
• Maintain organized pipelines and timely follow-ups.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
