atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping Latin America talent land remote roles with US/Canada startups and marketing agencies. The role focuses on lead generation of potential candidates, writing personalized outreach, and posting roles to attract the right people.

Mentorship is provided and a dedicated sourcing platform with AI supports scaled activity. No prior recruiting experience is required as you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side, using tools to move faster and improve

Formación

• 1-2 years recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
• Support recruiting metrics and process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
