Job summary

Near is seeking a remote Talent Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong client relationships, source top candidates, interview, and move hires through to close, while tracking core metrics.

You will collaborate with clients across industries, ensuring high-quality service and timely communication. Prior agency experience and remote work familiarity are a plus for this growing team.

• 2+ years of recruiting end-to-end experience; agency setting preferred.
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role

This role involves managing the recruitment process end-to-end, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilizing various sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and close our active deals.

Main responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
• Align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
• Manage client communications and guide the hiring process, putting focus on high-quality service and rapid response
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management.
• Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.
• Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
• Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process to deal closure.

Performance Metrics:

• Meet key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.

Desired skills and experience:
