Job summary

Cookunity is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM teams. This 100% remote, LATAM-based role focuses on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and other GTM functions to fuel growth.

You will manage pipelines from hiring-manager alignment to offer rollout, build proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates, and guide them through interviews while maintaining ATS data integrity (ADP).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast‑paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands‑on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioural evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands‑on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
