Job summary

Dexerto is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions. You will own pipelines from manager alignment to offer rollout, sourcing candidates proactively and ensuring a smooth interview process.

In this role, you will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP, and other ATS tools in a remote Latam-based setup while driving growth across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environments.
• Own recruitment processes from outreach to offer stage.
• Direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong initial screening and behavioral interview skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate assessment abilities.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a plus.
• Experience with ADP or similar ATS is preferred.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
