Near is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruitment team. You will proactively identify top candidates across job boards, social networks, and our ATS, and initiate contact to spark interest in remote US-based opportunities.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client needs, conduct initial screens, and maintain an organized candidate pipeline while delivering regular updates to management.

Formación

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience with different sourcing techniques and creative talent attraction.
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment with problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify potential candidates through job boards, social networks, and internal ATS using Boolean searches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates via cold outreach, warm leads, or referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
• Maintain an accurate candidate database and track progress through recruitment stages.
• Gather feedback from candidates to improve the sourcing process.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing activity.

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our fast-growing recruitment team at Near! We are currently a team of 25+ people and have grown exponentially over the last year – we’re excited to keep expanding our team!

Main responsibilities include:

• Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and our internal ATS. Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to ensure the ability to attract the best candidates.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates, whether through cold outreach, warm leads, or referrals. Establish a strong initial connection and articulate the benefits of the opportunity.
• Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and provide ongoing feedback on candidate suitability.
• Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database, keeping track of communication and candidate progress through the recruitment process.
• Gather feedback from candidates to enhance the candidate experience and make improvements in the sourcing process.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sourcing activity and performance.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or in an agency setting, is preferred
• Experience using different sourcing techniques and getting creative to attract top talent in the market
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment; problem-solving mindset
• Time off: 14 days vacation, US working holidays + 4 local floating holidays, Birthday off
