Near is seeking a remote Talent Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles in a fast-paced environment. You will build strong client relationships, source top candidates, interview, and move hires through to close, while tracking core metrics.

You will collaborate with clients across industries, ensuring high-quality service and timely communication. Prior agency experience and remote work familiarity are a plus for this growing team.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of recruiting end-to-end experience; agency setting preferred.
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships and guide the hiring process to deliver high-quality service and rapid responses.
• Source candidates using proactive outreach and database management; conduct interviews and maintain communication.
• Extend offers and facilitate hiring process to close deals with clients and candidates.
• Meet key metrics such as time-to-hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.
