Job summary

Near is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for Latin America, partnering with US companies. You will own the process from kickoff to offer, build client and candidate relationships, and drive sourcing strategies in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

You will conduct client meetings, align strategies, and guide communications for high-quality service. Experience with agency recruiting, proactive outreach, and managing multiple roles is essential to close deals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience; agency preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience preferred; 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for clients and candidates.
• Lead client kickoff meetings and align hiring strategies with expectations.
• Source, engage, and interview candidates; extend offers and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the process.

About the role

This role involves managing the recruitment process end-to-end, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilizing various sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and close our active deals.

Main responsibilities include:

Client Relationship Management:

• Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
• Align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
• Manage client communications and guide the hiring process, putting focus on high-quality service and rapid response
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management.
• Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.
• Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
• Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process to deal closure.

Performance Metrics:

• Meet key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.

Desired skills and experience:

• 2+ years of recruiting end-to-end experience - agency setting is preferred
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment
