Kelly Services Inc. is seeking an Associate Recruiter in Argentina for high-volume recruiting across multiple lines. You will support full-cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure an inclusive selection process. You will manage communications and maintain ATS records to drive strong hiring outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decisions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple business lines.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.
• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
