Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This fully remote role covers the Americas, and candidates can work from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia, aligning schedules to Pacific Time.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and hands-on ATS experience (Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, or Greenhouse).

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media and referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn ATS.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on hiring needs and ensure an inclusive process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
