Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. This fully remote role spans the Americas, with scheduling aligned to Pacific Time. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, ensuring a fair and inclusive process.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication skills. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, maintain ATS records, and help build talent

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or operational hiring
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an inclusive selection process
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS, and support recruiting metrics and reporting
