Kelly Services is seeking a remote Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines in the Americas. The role requires coordinating full-cycle recruiting and engaging candidates through diverse channels.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair, inclusive process and maintain clear candidate communications. Strong organizational skills and bilingual abilities are essential.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals
• Familiarity with ATS platforms: Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse or similar

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and deliver a great candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
