Formación

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication required.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS (Bullhorn).
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an inclusive selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
