Kelly Services is seeking a remote Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Americas. You will source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and ATS tools, ensuring an inclusive, efficient candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to meet recruiting goals and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, prefer high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple business lines.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a fair selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
