Kelly Services is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across the Americas. This fully remote role requires coordinating with clients in LATAM, sourcing candidates via multiple channels, and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

You will manage a busy workload, partner with Hiring Managers, and use Bullhorn or similar ATS to track progress and metrics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Manage 15–20 active requisitions while supporting 2–3 client accounts.
• Maintain a steady hiring cadence with 5+ starts per week.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure fair, inclusive selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
