Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter for high-volume, cross-functional hires across the Americas. This fully remote role supports multiple clients with a 15-20 requisition workload and a requirement to start 5+ candidates weekly, while maintaining an inclusive selection process. Location: Remote - LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia).

• Minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Familiar with ATS such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and urgency.
• Collaborate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts.
• Maintain a hiring cadence with 5+ candidate starts per week.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure inclusive selection processes.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive improvements.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
