Coforge invites an experienced Workforce & Resource Deployment Analyst to join our IT services team. You will manage end-to-end resource deployment, align workforce with project demands, and produce dashboards on utilization and bench status.

The role requires 3–5 years in workforce management, strong English (B2+), and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP and BI tools is a plus; nearshore/global delivery mindset is valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, or similar roles within IT services or nearshoring environments.
• Strong understanding of demand management and staffing dynamics in client-facing environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end resource deployment processes, aligning workforce availability with project demands.
• Maintain and update resource allocation and project assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee bench management, tracking available talent and proactively identifying placement opportunities.
• Monitor demand pipelines, focusing on client needs both locally in Peru and internationally.
• Collaborate with delivery, talent acquisition, and finance teams to ensure workforce visibility and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to workforce management processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Generate reports and dashboards on resource utilization, bench status, and demand coverage.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of workforce management best practices.
