Baker Hughes seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina's Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with operations and engineering to deliver high-value drilling solutions.

You will engage with major operators, present technically compelling analyses, and ensure service quality while pursuing cross-sell opportunities across drilling systems.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical data into commercial value.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
